A second organic, autumn abstract of wild grasses and plants in a meadow.

This exciting abstract piece has slowly been built up with layer upon layer of acrylic paint which has been applied in a controlled and considered paint splashing approach.

The darker layers were first before working inwards towards the brighter shades of paint in the centre, which give the impression of the sunset shining through them.

As I begin with a watercolour base, the sides of the canvas have been left showing natural patterns from the watercolouring process, which I think add great appeal to the artwork.

Very detailed and there are hidden floral touches throughout.

Strung at the back for hanging and varnished for protection.
