An original framed, acrylic artwork depicting a pathway through a dense forested area.
 
This piece is made up of layer upon layer of fine detail and effects to build up a slightly abstract and deliberately colourful interpretation of a path in a forest.
 
There are scraped areas, revealing the canvas textures, blended, diluted areas and parts that I've carefully built up with pallet knives.
 
Varnished in a glossy varnish and mounted, set back in a lovely wood effect frame (with modern greyish brown wood patterning on it).
 
Strung and ready for hanging, it is provided with a certificate of authenticity.
